Acceptance of Terms

ace jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately and any associated balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
Section 3
Account Creation, Verification, and Security
Each individual may register only one account on ace jl. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, ace jl reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts and withhold any pending transactions pending investigation.
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. ace jl is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration or during the verification process.
Account verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. The verification process requires submission of valid identity documentation as requested by ace jl. You must keep your login credentials — including your password — confidential. Do not share your account access with any third party. ace jl accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
Section 4
User Obligations, Platform Rules, and Prohibited Conduct
As a member of ace jl, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or platform malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software to interact with the platform.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent gameplay.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or members of the ace jl support team.
Violations of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on ace jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, InstaPay, and participating local banks. ace jl does not accept cash payments or transactions in foreign currencies.
Deposits are credited to your account balance following confirmation from the payment provider. ace jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and standard processing review. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within the account section of the platform. ace jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where transaction patterns are unusual or where regulatory compliance requires it.
Winnings are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation of game results. ace jl does not guarantee any specific payout amounts, jackpots, or return rates from any game category.
Section 6
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
ace jl provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, or technical failures may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ace jl is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses incurred due to game outcomes, payment processing delays, or unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence.
All content on the ace jl platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, design elements, and written content — is the intellectual property of ace jl or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization from ace jl.
The platform may display links or references to third-party services or content providers. ace jl does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Access to third-party resources is at your own risk.
Section 7
Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
ace jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, violation of these terms, failure to complete identity verification, or account inactivity exceeding a period determined by ace jl's internal policies. Members will be notified where practical, but immediate suspension may occur without prior notice where the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users is at risk.
If you wish to close your own account, you may submit a request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard procedures and subject to verification requirements. Funds remaining in a closed account after all verifications are completed will be returned through the member's original payment channel where feasible.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of ace jl that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team may be subject to resolution through appropriate legal processes within the applicable jurisdiction.
